LUCIA LIGHT SESSIONS

What you can expect during your light session:

  • All light sessions include an introduction to the process, intention setting, noise-canceling headphones with Solfeggio tones, and ambient music for a relaxing and immersive experience.

  • Following your light session will be an integration time where we will discuss your experience and ground you back into your body before leaving. 

  • Feelings of awe, wonder, and inspiration may linger for the rest of the day and up to a week following your session. Regular treatments can lead to longer-lasting benefits.

The Lucia N°03  is designed to ensure the safety of your eyes while your eyelids are closed. However, we do not recommend its use for individuals with light-sensitive epilepsy due to its stroboscopic function. Moreover, pregnant women and children under the age of 18 are currently advised against using Lucia N°03.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Lucia N°03  is a powerful brain entrainment and biohacking tool. Combining with other brain entrainments, such as binaural beats, is not recommended.
